At Six The Residence, we want you to be completely enamored with your home curation. If a piece doesn't perfectly suit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original protective packaging and include all tags to ensure the product arrives back at our studio safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
